Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 (depending on experience) + benefits!
Requirements to apply:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish, Arabic, or other) preferred. Medical bilingual may qualify.
- Master’s degree in social work with California license for clinical social work.
- Sensitivity to multi-cultural concerns and the psychotherapeutic process.
- Must have proof of Covid vaccination.
- Immediate need for a full-time, direct hire Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist at one of our growing centers!
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse patient populations. Under the supervision of the Chief Behavioral Health Officer, you will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions. Experience beyond licensure is preferred; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. The environment is dynamic with a manageable caseload, focusing on low-income and geriatric populations, including adolescents and adults, primarily adults.
At the FQHC level, services focus on mild to moderate concerns, including conducting 1-hour intakes, with 30-minute sessions for adults and 45-minute sessions for children, typically seen monthly, averaging 12 patients per day. There is a particular need for therapists experienced with children aged 5-10 years.
At the CCBHC level, the focus is on moderate to severe concerns, with weekly 45-minute therapy sessions, averaging 9 sessions daily. Special expertise in working with pregnant and postpartum patients is highly valued.
