Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):

$28.740 - $35.930 - $40.240

This role will responsible for pulling medications for pyxis replenishing and unit dose repackaging.

• California Pharmacy Technician License (TCH) - CA State Board of Pharmacy
  -REQUIRED

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 Year experience in hospital pharmacy environment.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - Pharmacy Technician Certification Board
  -PREFERRED
• Experience with medication repackaging
• Experience working with a box picker/medication carousal machine.

  Performs and documents routing cleaning of area, including but not limited to horizontal laminar flow hood and biological safety cabinet contiguous admixture areas, and shelving areas. Performs any tubing and IV solution changes, equipment setup, testing and calibrations according to department procedures 100% of the time.
  
  Maintains environment within guidelines;
  Monitors and documents refrigerator/freezer temperatures daily and follows-up on variances.
  
  Follows departmental guidelines regarding sterile compounding (USP
  797) in the preparation of IV admixtures.
