This Position is responsible for new admissions and developing relationships with partners such as Hospitals, Facilities, EAP, Clinicians, Colleges & Universities.
Currently hiring for Outreach Specialist/Community Outreach Specialists for the Orange County area. This Position involves Local Travel and Outreach.
Target Compensation: up to $120,000 per year base + Bonus

This Position is responsible for New Admissions and Developing Relationships with Partners such as Hospitals, Facilities, EAP, Clinicians, Colleges & Universities.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Effectively establish, develop, build and maintain new relationships with partners to identify clients in need of treatment.
- Educate the public and community about Akua's clinical programs and culture.
- Promote and raise awareness of Akua at conferences, community meetings, seminars, events, and maintain a positive relationship within the community and public.
- Possess knowledge of clinical modalities, delivery of treatment, interventions and program functions.
- Design, implement and manage strategies for referral source market penetration.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and admissions teams.
- Strategic travel/call completion to maintain relationships with current and new prospective referral sources.
- Achieve all internal goals to maximize awareness of Akua.
- Maintain frequency of contact by exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales activities quota.

Bachelor's or equivalent degree - Excellent communication and customer service skills is required, must be organized and reliable
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
Bachelor's or equivalent degree (Required) - Minimum of 2 years Behavioral Health Outreach Experience (Required)
- Valid Driver License - Driving and/or local travel is an essential requirement of the position, as is a clean driving record (Required)
- Proof of COVID
19 Vaccination (Required) - Excellent communication and customer service skills is required, must be organized and reliable.
