Occupational Therapist (In‑Home Evaluation)

Hourly Pay Range: $48–$75

Hello! We are seeking a licensed and registered occupational therapist to provide comprehensive in‑home wellness and independence evaluations for older adults. The role includes conducting home safety and aging‑in‑place assessments, strength and mobility check‑ups, daily self‑care and home‑management reviews, and screenings for functional fitness and endurance. You will also support clients through lifestyle, habit, and meaningful activity reviews as well as emotional well‑being and quality‑of‑life check‑ins.

This position offers the opportunity to guide clients with personalized lifestyle and wellness consultations to help them maintain independence and thrive at home.

• Active California Occupational Therapy License
• 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Home Health experience preferred
• Proof of Negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance
• Valid California driver’s license and car insurance
• Cell Phone with Internet Access
