Licensed Couples and Family Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in San Diego, CA. This role is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week. Thriveworks is a clinician-led organization with a nationwide hybrid care model, serving over 175,000 clients annually through more than 1.7 million sessions. • Provide a mix of telehealth and in-person therapy sessions in San Diego, CA.
• See 25+ sessions per week, with flexibility to address couples and children where appropriate with Thriveworks support.
• Hold an active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) and practice within the state where services are provided.
• Maintain autonomy in practice while collaborating with a clinical team; opportunities for clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
• Demonstrate strong professional character, integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care.
• Specialty population demand may vary depending on client needs.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California.
• Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

• Up to $115,400, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

• $7,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours/week
