Overview

Broadway Salon Studios is hiring a Property Manager to oversee our Livonia and/or Walled Lake locations. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, outgoing, and enjoys helping beauty professionals grow successful businesses.

As a Property Manager, you’ll be the face of Broadway for both prospective and current tenants — giving tours, answering questions, and ensuring our studios run smoothly day to day.

💼 Full-Time | Paid Salary + Commission

• Broadway Salon Studios provides luxury, private salon studios designed for independent beauty professionals. Our studios empower stylists to build their brands, set their schedules, and thrive in a supportive, professional environment.

• Give tours to prospective tenants
• Follow up with leads and inquiries
• Answer questions about Broadway Salon Studios and our offerings
• Support current tenants as needed
• Help maintain a welcoming, professional studio environment

• Highly organized and reliable
• Outgoing and comfortable talking with people
• Customer-service or sales-oriented
• Enjoys helping others succeed
• Bonus if you have experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, or the beauty industry (not required)
