Senior Contracting Specialist Security Clearance

Position: Senior Contracting Specialist with Security Clearance
font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;} We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 10 years of demonstrated experience in DoD Program Management contracting processes throughout the entire lifecycle encompassing the initial planning phase through to sustainment. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills in addition to:
* Experience executing DoDD 5000.01, DoDI 5000.02, SECNAVINST 5000.2 series governing acquisition programs in the DoD Components, and other acquisition management policies addressed in DoD 5000 series

* Experience with executing statutory and policy procurement-related requirements (FAR, DFARS, NMCARS, DoD 5000 series)

* Experience developing contract strategies to incentivize industry performance; conduct market research; acquisition planning; cost and price analysis, solicitation and selection of sources; and perform all phases of contract administration

* Must be able to work autonomously and within a team collaborative environment

* Experience developing contract documents, e.g. Request for Proposals, Statements of Work, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), DD-254's, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications, Approvals, Determinations and Findings

* Experience coordinating Industry Days

* Experience managing contracts, to include preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions, and tracking obligations/expenditures, and deliverables

* DoD Secret Clearance required

* Education

* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences

* Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $/Year, DOE Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
