Policy Analyst

Position Overview:

• Specialized Research:
  Conduct in-depth research on international relations, regional security, public policy, or geo-economic trends.
• High‑Level Reporting:
  Produce high‑quality research briefs, policy recommendations, and analytical reports for government bodies, corporate executives, and the public.
• Policy Monitoring:
  Provide real‑time tracking of policy evolution in major powers, with a specific focus on Indo‑Pacific region.
• Intelligence Synthesis:
  Monitor global developments and provide real‑time analysis of their impact on Singapore and the broader Indo‑Pacific region.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field, demonstrating rigorous academic training.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable policy briefs and strategic reports tailored for high‑level decision‑makers.
• Possess acute sensitivity to geopolitical dynamics, particularly within the Indo‑Pacific region, with the foresight to identify emerging political risks and strategic opportunities.
• Strong capability to conduct independent research on complex global issues. Capable of drafting high‑quality policy briefs and strategic assessment reports characterized by rigorous logic, concise writing, and highly actionable recommendations.
• Possess at least 3 years of professional work experience, with priority given to candidates who have served within a Congress/Parliament, Government Agency, Military, or a leading Political Think Tank.
