Duties
* You will conduct mandated initial risk screenings, safety assessments and planning, and coordinate medical, legal, and civilian and military law enforcement resources.
* You will perform a series of complex assessments using trauma-informed approaches for all reports of adult sexual assault.
* You will implement mandatory standardized risk screening protocol to address immediate risk and safety concerns.
* You will develop detailed case management plans with short and long-term goals and objectives.
* You will plan and deliver SAPR training covering various topics such as SAPR procedures, policies, reporting options, and other pertinent topics. Requirements Conditions of employment

* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance. Qualifications In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
* Experience performing essential victim service, advocacy, and support duties providing a non-clinical response that is trauma-informed, gender-responsive, culturally responsive, and recovery oriented, and without prejudice to adult victims of sexual assault;
* Experience developing rapport and actively listening, to provide initial victim advocacy services and crisis intervention support for adult victims of sexual assault;
* Experience accepting official reports of sexual assault by assisting the victim in completing applicable forms;
* Experience demonstrating expertise in offering guidance to victims on reporting options; and
* Experience planning, scheduling and delivering SAPR training for diverse stakeholders and local population. Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:

Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position. OR Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. OR Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
