We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who thrives on precision but values the flexibility of a hybrid schedule.

You’ll handle the core financials that keep our engine running, collaborating with a sharp team while enjoying the best of both worlds: 1 day in-office for connection / meetings and the rest from the comfort of your home.

• Manage the Cycle: Own the full-cycle accounting process, from AP/AR to month-end close.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain the general ledger and perform bank reconciliations with an eagle eye.
• Collaborate: Partner with the team during your office days to streamline workflows and improve financial reporting.
• Report & Analyze: Provide insights that help ARV Finance make data-driven decisions.

• Application & Data Management: Utilize Quick Books Desktop for general ledger maintenance and Google Sheets/Excel for advanced data analysis and financial modeling. Ensure accurate financial record-keeping, including the proper application of the Chart of Accounts (COA), creation of Journal Entries (JE), and management of credit card logs.
• Specialized Expertise: Apply and maintain knowledgeable Loan Mortgage Accounting
  , leveraging a strong Analytical Mindset and digital fluency to manage all financial operations.
• A/P & A/R and Vendor Relations: Support Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes, demonstrating excellence in client communication
  . Serve as a key financial point of contact to troubleshoot accounting issues and collaborate effectively with external vendors.

• A degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in corporate or public accounting.
• Proficiency in modern accounting software like Quick Books
