About the role

A new Financial Advisor is typically a career changer who has hit a ceiling in their current industry, desires a more stable work environment, and wants control of their career trajectory. They possess an entrepreneurial spirit, history of success in business development or sales, strong self‑motivation, a high standard of ethics, and desire to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.

As

a Financial Advisor, you will:
  • Grow your client base by making new connections, maintaining a strong referral network, and providing a great client experience.
  • Build personalized, holistic financial plans tailored to every client’s unique needs, including insurance, investments, education planning, and retirement planning.
  • Manage your client’s financial plans to help them achieve their goals long term.
  • Grow relationships with clients to support them through every stage of life.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • BA or BS degree from a four‑year institution preferred.
  • Prior sales and/or business experience, and a history of personal and professional success.
  • Prior financial services experience not needed – extensive training platform provided.
