Contingent Upon Contract Award

Summary

Performs budgeting, financial tracking, analysis, forecasting, and fund execution support across APN, O&MN, RDT&E, FMS, and WCF accounts. Processes funding documents, reconciles accounts, compiles financial reports, evaluates budget requests, maintains financial data, and supports compliance with DoD financial regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, reconcile, and report on budget obligations and expenditures.
  • Support development of financial forecasts and spend plans.
  • Prepare budget documentation and metrics for leadership review.
  • Maintain financial data in Navy ERP and local business tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • 2+ years of federal budgeting or financial management experience.
  • Knowledge of DoD appropriations and Navy ERP systems.
  • Strong Excel and data reconciliation skills.
  • Must possess an active Secret Clearance - Required
