We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Revelyst Precision Sports & Golf Technology platform team, which includes Bushnell Golf, Foresight Sports, Golflogix, and Pin Seeker. The role reports to the CFO and will oversee the financial planning and analysis process to support brand teams in making informed business decisions, including creating financial models, analyzing data, and preparing insightful reports.

• Facilitate, communicate, and track the execution of annual and long‑term financial plans.
• Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze the impact of business strategies, customer profitability, segmentation, and channel and brand profitability on company goals.
• Partner with business leaders to continuously improve and drive growth and profitability through financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
• Support the platform with financial analysis on new idea generation and “size the prize” exercises.
• Support demand and supply planning together with business leaders.
• Collaborate with the corporate Finance team on platform financial analysis.
• Manage a team of financial analysts.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive planning and financial analysis experience, preferably from the golf industry.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with all levels of the organization.

Annual Salary: $130,000 – $150,000. The actual salary offered depends on experience, location, education, and skills.
