Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, digital assets, and more.

• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.

• Draft emails, memos, and firm-wide alerts on tax developments.

• Support federal income tax training and due diligence in M&A transactions.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of federal income tax consulting experience (law firm, accounting firm, or IRS preferred).

• J.D. and Tax LL.M.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations.

• Strong analytical and writing skills.

• Proficiency with tax research databases (e.g., Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint).
