Are you a seasoned loss mitigation professional who thrives on leadership, problem ‑ solving, and helping homeowners navigate financial hardship? We’re looking for a Loss Mitigation Supervisor to lead a high ‑ performing team, protect the credit union’s assets, and deliver meaningful solutions to members during some of their most challenging moments.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leadership to oversee daily operations, guide regulatory compliance, and drive effective loss mitigation strategies across mortgage delinquency, bankruptcy, and foreclosure ‑ prevention programs.

Here are some of the details about this exciting opportunity:

• Lead & develop a specialized team of Loss Mitigation and Bankruptcy professionals through coaching, training, and performance management
• Oversee daily loss mitigation operations, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently met
• Guide complex case resolution, including loan modifications, bankruptcies, foreclosures, and REO activity
• Evaluate borrower hardship and financials to determine the most appropriate workout solutions
• Protect the credit union’s financial health by minimizing losses and reducing delinquency and foreclosure risk
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including attorneys, investors, vendors, trustees, and real estate professionals
• Ensure compliance with CFPB, NCUA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Treasury, and applicable state and federal regulations
• Review, prepare, and present reporting for management, investors, and the Board
• Step in as a leader during escalated member situations and in the absence of the AVP, Loss Mitigation Manager

Here is what we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in loss mitigation, mortgage servicing, bankruptcy, or collections
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending, foreclosure prevention, and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision ‑ making skills
