Chief Product Officer; CPO

We are seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product strategy as we scale. This is a senior executive role responsible for ensuring our products deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes for corporate treasurers and CFOs. As CPO, you will be a public-facing product leader, engaging directly with treasurers, CFOs, banks, ERP partners, and industry stakeholders. Internally, you will build a strong product organization and culture grounded in ownership, accountability, and customer impact.

In partnership with banks, payment networks, and digital asset infrastructure providers, you will help treasurers:

• Reduce costs and optimize liquidity usage and FX execution
• Improve settlement times, payment success rates and exception handling
• Increase real-time cash visibility across entities and currencies
• Strengthen controls, auditability, and operational resilience

• Product decisions are driven by customer problems, not heavy process
• Product managers work directly with founders and engineers, not through layers
• We ship, learn, and iterate quickly
• Everyone owns outcomes — if something breaks, we fix it together
• Clear thinking and good judgment matter more than perfect specs

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for an ERP-embedded payments platform built for global treasury teams
• Lead products spanning domestic and cross-border payments, fiat rails, FX, liquidity, treasury workflows, reconciliation, and stablecoin-based settlement
• Work closely with bank partners, payment rail providers, stablecoin issuers, and custodians to deliver compliant, reliable, and scalable payment capabilities
• Partner with Sales and Finance to shape product packaging and positioning aligned to treasury ROI and cost-of-capital considerations
• Serve as a senior company spokesperson in customer meetings, partner discussions, and industry forums
• Build and lead a high-performing product organization with clear ownership and strong cross-functional collaboration
• Partner closely with Engineering to ensure the platform meets enterprise expectations for security, reliability, availability, and scalability
• Engage directly with treasury leaders to ensure the roadmap reflects how payments, liquidity, and controls operate inside large organizations

• 15+ years of product leadership experience in payments
• Proven experience building products for corporate treasury or finance users, from mid-cap to large enterprise
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, payment controls, liquidity, FX, and regulatory compliance
• Extensive experience working directly with banks, payment networks, or regulated financial partners
• Ability to translate complex financial infrastructure into products that deliver clear, measurable business outcomes
• Executive presence and comfort representing product externally with senior stakeholders
• Experience with treasury management systems, ERP finance modules or embedded finance platforms
• Deep exposure to stable coins, digital asset custody or blockchain-based settlement
• Experience building API-first, enterprise-grade platforms
• Passion to drive digital currencies / stable coins to market
