Qualifications- BA/BS degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Math, or any related quantitative field
- Graduate degree, CFA, or CPA is preferred
- Highly proficient in Power BI and Excel
- Experience in Argus Enterprise and Yardi Voyager is preferred
- 3+ years of commercial real estate, investment management, and financial analysis experience
