CAMP is seeking an experienced Corporate Staff Accountant III to join our Accounting team in its San Diego, CA office. This role is integral in managing complex consolidations, M&A and intercompany transactions, and financial reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS, excels in a fast‑paced environment, and can collaborate cross‑functionally.

• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements for multiple business units and regions
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory reporting requirements across jurisdictions
• Assist in preparation of supporting schedules

• Oversee intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations across multiple subsidiaries
• Corporate
• Perform and review complex account reconciliations, including multi‑currency transactions
• Work closely with tax teams to ensure accurate transfer pricing and intercompany allocations

• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, automation, and reporting efficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize workflows and accounting software functionality

• Work closely with FP&A, tax, and legal teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth, acquisitions, and investment decisions
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed financial insights

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 6+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and multi-entity consolidations
• Experience in M&A accounting
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills required
• Ability to navigate complex intercompany transactions and multi‑currency accounting
• Excellent attention to detail and a focus on data quality and integrity
• Effective as a team player and working autonomously
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment and with minimal supervision

• CPA or progress toward certification
• Experience supporting M&A transactions and post‑merger financial integration and accounting
• Familiarity with transfer pricing

$100,000 - $125,000 DOE (Depending on experience)
