We are seeking a motivated, client-focused
Mortgage Loan Officer
to join our San Diego team. This role is ideal for a licensed loan officer who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and wants access to
consistent lead opportunities
, strong operational support, and direct collaboration with an in-house real estate team.

You will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans, guiding borrowers through the lending process, and building long-term referral relationships—while leveraging Elevate’s systems, marketing, and partner real estate platform.

• Lead Availability: Access to inbound leads, online opportunities, and real estate partner referrals (not just self-sourced business).
• Built-In Real Estate Partnership: Work directly with the

  , creating a steady pipeline of purchase transactions.
• Operational & Tech Support: Backed by Loan Factory’s robust systems, processing support, and competitive product offerings.
• Growth-Focused Culture: Designed for loan officers who want to scale production and build a long-term career.

• Originate and manage residential mortgage loans (purchase and refinance)
• Consult with clients to assess financial needs and recommend loan products
• Pre-qualify and pre-approve buyers in coordination with Elevate Real Estate agents
• Maintain clear communication with borrowers, agents, processors, and underwriters
• Build and nurture relationships with real estate partners and referral sources
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service from application through closing

• Active NMLS license (California required)
• Minimum 1 year of mortgage origination experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loan products
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with a real estate team
