Role Purpose
The Investor Relations & Capital Allocation Specialist is responsible for managing investor communications, facilitating capital placement, and supporting investor decision‑making across Diversy Fund’s platform.
This role does not provide investment advice. Instead, it ensures investors have clear, accurate, and timely information so they can independently decide whether and how to allocate capital into Diversy Fund offerings.
The role is grounded in professionalism, transparency, and long‑term relationship management—reflecting our philosophy of decision support and Craig Cecilio’s builder‑led, truth‑over‑hype brand narrative.
Capital Parameters
- Core allocation range: $100,000–$1,000,000
- Expected performance: 2–3 funded investments per week
- Investor profile:
High‑net‑worth individuals and repeat platform investors
This role is designed for serious capital conversations
Core Mandate
- Serve as a primary relationship point for investors engaging with Diversy Fund
- Facilitate the capital placement process across active offerings
- Ensure investors clearly understand:
- Process and timelines
- Risk disclosures and documentation
- Support informed decision‑making without recommending, endorsing, or advising
1. Investor Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing relationships with investors allocating $100K–$1M.
- Understand investor objectives and constraints at a high level (without suitability determinations).
- Communicate clearly, directly, and professionally.
2. Capital Placement Facilitation
- Guide investors through the process of participating in offerings, including:
- Explaining materials and disclosures
- Clarifying how allocations are submitted
- Coordinating next steps once a decision is made
- Ensuring decisions are investor‑driven and well‑documented.
3. One-to-Many Enablement
- Support capital initiatives initiated through group briefings, webinars, and communications led by Craig Cecilio.
- Conduct follow‑ups to:
- Clarify positioning
- Confirm investor intent
- Translate interest into completed allocations without pressure.
- Operate from AI‑curated investor lists based on engagement signals, prior participation, and expressed interest.
- Prioritize investors demonstrating readiness and intent.
- Focus on decision clarity and capital velocity, not activity volume.
5. Conversion Expectations
- Close 2–3 funded investments per week
- Typical allocation size: $100K–$1M
- Maintain relationship continuity through funding and follow‑on opportunities.
6. CRM, Reporting & Feedback
- Accurately log investor interactions, intent, and timing in CRM systems.
- Gather investor sentiment, messaging clarity, platform friction, and market readiness insights.
Primary Metrics
- Number of funded investments
Secondary Indicators
- Conversion efficiency from group sessions
- Investor retention and referrals
- Quality and completeness of documentation
- Be precise, not promotional.
Aligned with Craig Cecilio’s ethos:
Build real platforms. Communicate clearly. Let investors decide.
As Diversy Fund scales, this role expands into:
- Senior Investor Relations Specialist
- Fund‑Specific Capital Placement Lead
- Institutional & Family Office Coverage
- Strategic Investor Partnerships
The title may evolve, but the function remains constant: professional capital facilitation at scale, without advisory risk.
