Compensation:
Salary range for new hires is generally $63,145.00 - $78,000.00 for San Diego, CA. Eligible for annual bonus, incentives, and restricted stock.

• Single point of contact responsible for executing full client life cycle, focusing on treasury management or deposit requests.
• Exemplify sales, service, operations philosophy through client interactions.
• Respond to and resolve client requests, provide expert advice on loans, commercial, personal accounts, and treasury management.
• Work with internal departments and Preferred Banker support system to drive client satisfaction.
• Participate in training to augment banking knowledge for effective work solutions and career growth.

• 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations, Lending, Deposit Sales or similar field.
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking, loans, treasury management, commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate sales and service experience in business deposits or treasury management products.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
