Loan Officer Opportunity This opportunity is designed for a motivated Loan Officer who wants to learn to grow inside a dual platform environment where real estate and lending work together to support clients and expand production while earning rewarding commissions. At Seller Door Real Estate and Finance, you will work closely with agents who actively collaborate, co market, and create qualified introductions that help you build steady momentum.

As a Loan Officer, you will guide clients through pre approvals, financing options, and the full loan process with professionalism and clarity.
You will also learn to position yourself as a trusted lending partner within a referral driven real estate pipeline designed to support sustainable success.

- Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
- Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements
- Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements
- Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
- Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large
- Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or Lending Wise preferred
- Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies
- Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
- Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field
- Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration
- NMLS license required; if you do not have a license, we can help you obtain a license
$140,000 at plan commissions
