Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
Within the Commercial Lending Operations department, you will provide day‑to‑day processing support to commercial loan servicing. Technology & Operations is a group formed around business support and assisting our business units in opportunities and efficiencies. Building processes around the necessary controls for enabling business growth, aligning business objectives with IT Governance and Risk and allocating resources effectively to execute on the Axos Vision.
Responsibilities- Process loan modifications in the core system
- Initiate invoice processing through Oracle for the business unit
- Review financial documents and loan agreements
- Complete daily/monthly clearing account general ledger reconciliations
- Process loan advances and Draws for supported lending groups
- Process loan payments
- Boarding loans into Core Systems
- Escrow disbursements
- Loan reconciliations and rate adjustments, ensure accuracy in the core system
- Board and track loan insurance
- Loan document storage and recall
- Prepare loan payoff requests and subsequent processing
- Other priorities as needed within Commercial Lending Operations
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Entry‑level role
- Strong customer service and operations acumen
- Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi‑task/prioritize work effectively
- MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
