• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
• 10–15+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing
• Blend of private equity, public company, and public accounting exposure preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, consolidation, and cost accounting
• Experienced leading multi‑entity or international accounting operations
• Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable creating structure from the ground up
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate cross‑functionally

• Lead global consolidation and financial reporting across multiple entities
• Strengthen accounting controls, balance sheet integrity, and policy compliance
• Implement and refine cost accounting and standard costing practices
• Manage cash flow and treasury operations
• Oversee tax, audit, and lender compliance for private equity stakeholders
• Partner with leadership to build scalable systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across finance functions

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
