Exciting opportunity to join Qualcomm’s One Finance team. We are looking for MBA or MS Finance/Accounting graduates to start from Summer 2026 as full-time Senior of Staff Financial Analyst in our San Diego headquarter.

The successful candidate will be assigned to a role based on strengths and prior work experience. The position is strongly team-oriented and involves working within financial planning & analysis, business unit finance, technical accounting, internal audit, treasury, tax, and/or investor relations. Great opportunity in a high visibility role to provide analysis to the executive team while partnering with other organizations within the company.

• Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business decisions.
• Provide insights to the management team on financial performance and trends.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to optimize financial performance.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating no earlier than 2026.
• 5+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
• 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
• 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• 1+ year in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

Pay range
and Other Compensation & Benefits

$88,000.00 - $

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Salary is one component of total compensation  also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
