The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for:

• Reviewing complex federal and state income taxes for Individual, Partnership, Corporate and Trust tax returns
• Building new and existing client relationships and demonstrating knowledge of client industries
• Preparing internal memoranda, written correspondence/guidance, private letter rulings and other documents for submission to the IRS, Treasury Department, or other taxing authorities
• Providing technical training
• Participating in staff mentorship program to manage performance and development of staff members
• Managing multiple clients, budgets and productivity goals
• Embracing the growth of the practice by implementing thoughtful leadership proposals, and collaborating with other professionals to identify new market opportunities
