Manager, Game Presentation

• Serve as the primary contact and conductor for the in-arena entertainment experience
• Produce all game presentation documents for each game including Run of Show, PA Script, LED Schedule, Timing Sheet and other support documents
• Serve as show producer for all home games
• Maintain in-game feature inventory to build overall in-arena show
• Track sponsor inventory and fulfillment of game related activations, while also providing creative ideation for partner pitches
• Responsible for booking all live entertainment for Seals games including half-time acts, national anthems and pre-game ceremonial entertainment
• Assist in theme night and extended arena entertainment planning and logistics in service of overall gameday experience
• Assist in direction of the Sirens dance team, including appearance scheduling, payroll and administrative duties
• Supervise game presentation staffs including production assistants, mascot, DJ, PA Announcer, Host & operational staffs
• Coordinate arena vendors including special effects and lighting,
• Assist video department with media management
• Provide ideation for in-arena entertainment and social media content
• Duties as assigned

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in sports game presentation preferred
• Game producer/show caller experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexible schedule – ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, Photoshop) a plus
