As a Service Advisor at Cal Pacific Truck Center, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance and repair services for our customers’ trucks. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.

$28.00/hr - $32.00/hr

• Interact with customers to understand their service needs and provide accurate estimates
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs
• Communicate with technicians to ensure work is carried out efficiently and accurately
• Maintain service records and documentation
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive or truck industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of truck maintenance and repair processes
• Proficient in computer systems and software

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
