Action is seeking an Access Control Officer for our Grande North property in San Diego
.
Compensation: $23 to $24 per hour
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
What You’ll Do (Job Duties)- Provide constant security presence on interior and exterior areas and respond to residents’ and guests’ needs as necessary.
- Patrol and inspect common areas on a routine basis to ensure access control, enforce community policies, and maintain the property.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate politely and clearly, including answering telephones and addressing residents and guests.
- 1 year of customer service and 1 year of security experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury property management.
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong critical thinking skills; solutions oriented
- High attention to detail
- Personable and capable of building rapport with residents and guests
- Team player
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a 7-year pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED required
