We’re looking for analytical thinkers who can focus on immersive third‑person combat, open‑world RPG elements, and challenging gameplay. If you enjoy breaking games, hunting for trophies, or speedrunning, your skills would be a great fit.

• Execute test plans on pre‑release versions of software.
• Assess product functionality against official SIE quality standards.
• Research and document product defects and violations.
• Log issues for development team review in concise written report formats.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality and accuracy in online games and functionality.
• Provide feedback based on past experience exploring open worlds to improve the title for fans of RPG and puzzle elements.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (able to describe bugs with steps to reproduce).
• Basic to intermediate understanding of networking setup and hardware, and how principles apply to modern console, PC, and mobile gaming.
• Ability to work in both individual and team environments.
• Flexible schedule.

• 1+ years of previous QA experience in a related field.
• 4‑year college degree.
