Join Moving In The Right Direction Foundation Inc. for their Heritage Bowl! This event is a premier national showcase offering 80 elite senior Football and Girls Flag student‑athletes across the United States a pivotal opportunity to make a lasting first and final impression on over 125 college scouts. Before registering for a shift, please make sure to read all of the role responsibilities to ensure that you understands what shift you are attending and the role you have for this event.

Set Up Crew: This team is essential for event preparation. Volunteers will assist with all aspects of setting up the stadium venue, including any structural elements, decor, and preparing all areas for the event.

Chain Crew Shift: This role requires professionalism under the guidance of the General Manager of Football Operations/Referees. Volunteers will be on the field directing the sticks for down and distance during the live game.
Volunteers will be standing for 45 mins, receive a 12 minute break, then resume standing for another 45 mins.

Greeter & Usher (Front of House): As the first point of contact, the volunteer's friendly face and warm demeanor will set the tone. Duties include welcoming guests, checking tickets, providing programs, and guiding them to their seats. Volunteers also manage foot traffic and answer general questions about the venue, restrooms, and emergency exits.

Merchandise & Information Booth: Volunteers in this role will be a key resource for attendees. Responsibilities include setting up and managing the merchandise table, and handling cash and credit card transactions.

Parking Safety Attendants: Volunteers are vital to ensuring a smooth and safe arrival. Volunteers will direct traffic flow within the parking area and guide guests to open parking spots, helping to maintain an organized and efficient parking lot. Under the Direction of “M.R.D. Heritage Security,” volunteers will help traffic flow, and keep all guests and pedestrians safe during busy hours in ALL parking areas and structures.

Equipment/Uniform Assistants: Volunteers will set up all locker room essentials, such as snacks, water, and gatorade. They'll work directly with the players and coaches before the game to assist with their uniform needs.

VIP Attendants: This is a crucial role for ensuring their most distinguished guests have an exceptional and seamless experience by directing guests to the proper escorts and location.

Personal Escorts: Greet VIPs upon arrival and escort them directly to their designated lounge or seating area. Anticipate and address any needs the VIP may have.

Runner/Floater: You will provide flexible support wherever it is needed most. This role requires a proactive attitude and a willingness to help with a variety of tasks, from last‑minute setup to running errands for the event coordinator.

Tear‑Down & Cleanup Crew: This team is essential for a smooth and efficient conclusion to the event. Volunteers will assist with disassembling and packing up the merchandise table, collecting trash, and tidying up the seating area.

Attire: Comfortable closed‑toe shoes (no crocs or sandals). Outdoor parking assistants should wear comfy shoes, dark or black pants, and a plain black shirt. Volunteer vests will be provided for all parking attendants. Please don't wear bright colors. This opportunity takes place both indoors and outdoors.

Bring: Government  Driver's License

Physical Requirements: Bending, able to lift up to 20lbs, standing for a long duration of time. Unfortunately, this opportunity is not able to make accommodations for individuals with physical limitations. The space where this project takes place is wheelchair accessible.
