Salary: $80,000-$90,000 + OT + Bonus
A well-established and highly regarded structural engineering firm in San Diego is seeking a Structural Design Engineer with 0-3 years of experience to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the structural design and analysis of building systems for a variety of project types
- Prepare construction documents including plans, details, and specifications
- Perform engineering calculations under the guidance of senior engineers
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for drafting and modeling
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal project teams
- Participate in site visits, construction administration, and project meetings
- BS in Civil or Structural Engineering required
- MSCE or MSSE preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in structural engineering
- EIT required
- Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in long-term professional development and licensure
- Salary at 80-90k + OT pay over 40 hours/week
