Job Summary:

The Windchill Business Admin Senior Specialist will be responsible for performing business-level administration of PTC’s Windchill application suite. The role requires hands‑on experience with Windchill configuration, access management, security, object and type set‑up, and change management activities. The candidate will work in a challenging environment with long‑term PLM commitments, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, supporting complex issue troubleshooting, and occasionally working with scripts or development teams.

The role may also involve aspects of project management, data management, and Creo/Windchill end‑user interaction.

• Perform Windchill business administration tasks such as access control, security, object/type management, and change management.
• Configure Windchill through the user interface as needed.
• Troubleshoot and communicate solutions for complex technical or functional issues.
• Collaborate with developers for scripting or customization requirements.
• Support project management and data management activities.
• Provide Windchill and Creo software user support when needed.

• 2–4 years of Windchill usage/administration with an engineering or computer science degree OR 4–6 years of Windchill administration experience.
• Experience with PLM business administration within engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Strong working knowledge of PTC products:
  Windchill, Project Link, Parts Link Classification, MPMLink, Creo Parametric, and Creo View.
• Expertise in PLM areas such as CAD Data Management, BOM/Parts Management, Change Management, ERP/MES integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Windchill 12+ including configuration, customization, and deployment.

Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Preferred).

Equivalent experience also acceptable as per requirements.
