The Role
As the Project Manager you will lead cross-functional teams in transferring equipment used in the production of medical devices to consolidate manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and business objectives. This role bridges R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to deliver seamless product launches and scale-up activities.
What You’ll Do- Responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned project(s).
- Provide project engineering and project management support to assigned project(s).
- Responsible for the overall project management specifically focused on ensuring overall client satisfaction and quality of delivery, and performance of the engagement.
- Engage with functional managers to align on projects priorities and resources needs to execute successfully the sustaining strategy.
- Create project reporting metrics for assigned project(s) and provide status reports as needed.
- Develop and maintain project timelines for the activities included in the scope of the project(s).
- Develop resource plans and facilitate resource loading activities.
- Develop workflows for project optimization.
- Regularly update management for project(s) in scope of responsibility.
- Utilize appropriate project management tools and techniques to drive project execution.
- Interface with appropriate departments for the successful execution of project(s).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. PMP Certification is plus.
- Minimum of Ten (10) years direct experience in medical device industry coupled with minimum of three (3) years direct project management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of project leadership aspects such as management of deliverables, setting of timelines, and status updates to management.
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good presentation and technical writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key customers/stakeholders/clients.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong engineering, design, and analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with medical devices from concept to commercialization.
- Understanding of FDA Regulations, International Regulations and Standards.

Skills:
Advanced computer skills including MS Office 365 suite applications (Word / Excel / Visio / PowerPoint / Project / Teams, etc.), Smartsheet, 10000ft, Concur, etc.
