Ds) best-in-class system test solutions to exceed every Customers Quality goal at lowest Cost using the most advanced technologies of silicon industry. The system level test group is responsible to stress and break the system on Qualcomm leading-edge Snapdragon products in the most advanced processes. In this role you will be member of a team working on IC design review, IC hardware testing, software development, system engineering, and customer applications.

This position offers the candidate an opportunity to lead innovative engineering test solutions to evaluate Qualcomms leading-edge products based on advanced process technologies. The candidate will be a vital member of a cross-functional global team, working closely with engineers from the digital design, software, design verification, hardware architecture, and product management teams. The candidate will be responsible for project planning (tasks, timelines, resourcing, budgeting) and tracking progress of SLT deliverables to the broader product team.

The candidate is expected to present the project updates and matrices to management team periodically. A successful candidate needs to be proactive, able to work in a highly dynamic environment, enthusiastic to work at times as an individual contributor and be passionate about delivering quality work.

Minimum Qualifications

8-10 years in SoC or Electronics Project Management, System Test, Automation, Computer Engineering experience or related work experience.

Ability to define and drive key performance indicator matrices for effective deliverable of team, interaction with other functional groups etc.

Background in semiconductor engineering, manufacturing process, wireless standards and a background in the design and test of wireless products.

Experience as an engineering lead driving development of test solutions, review/define test requirements and driving customer quality improvement initiatives.

Ability to drive teams across GEOs is required.

Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in leading the test engineering team with project ownership.

Familiarity with Qualcomm chipsets, ARM architecture, Test Sequencers, Automated Test Equipment (ATE) is a plus.

Thorough working knowledge of android architecture, boot process, kernel, core

BSP and android performance

Development experience in C# / Java / C++ / Perl / Python

Ability to customize software builds, familiarity with Software Configuration Management System (SCM) and tools like Perforce, GIT, or other Source Control SW.

Bachelor's, Electrical or Computer Science / Engineering

Master's, Electrical or Computer Science / Engineering
