• Perform OTA antenna testing following test plans and work instructions
• Support test execution to meet critical project deadlines
• Work closely with engineers and team leads in the lab
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance with test procedures
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, turnaround time, and test accuracy
• Learn CTIA OTA test requirements and emerging wireless standards
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders as needed

• Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Computer Science (preferred)
• Interest or experience in OTA, RF, or EMC testing
• Willingness to support shift and flexible working hours
• Curiosity and motivation to learn wireless technologies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• ISO 17025 lab experience is a plus
• Entry point into a high-demand wireless testing field
