Job Summary The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for the development, maintenance, integration and analysis of the program-level master schedule and additional schedules requested by the Program Manager. This position requires a deep understanding of scheduling principles and best practices as well as experience in briefing scheduling reports to different levels of leadership. The Integrated Master Scheduler will work closely with project managers, business analysts, other Navy commands and both internal and external stakeholders to the Navy to ensure that all projects are properly planned and executed in accordance with schedule Responsibilities and Duties The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for the development, maintenance, integration and analysis of the program-level master schedule and additional schedules requested by the Program Manager.
This position requires a deep understanding of scheduling principles and best practices as well as experience in briefing scheduling reports to different levels of leadership. The Integrated Master Scheduler will work closely with project managers, business analysts, other Navy commands and both internal and external stakeholders to the Navy to ensure that all projects are properly planned and executed in accordance with schedule Develop, maintain, integrate and analyze large dynamic schedules in MS Project
Interface with stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with program objectives
Validate schedule logic and refine scheduling needs
Monitor schedule performance and identify risks and opportunities for improvement
Run and validate what-if scenarios for scheduling efficiency
Support the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in achieving program objectives
Prepare scheduling briefs to be presented to different levels of leadership
Active Secret Clearance Proficient in MS Office Applications
Experience with construction schedules
Experience with the interpretation of Earned Value data to provide oral and written communications to all levels of stakeholders
Experience with NAVWAR and PEO C4I
PMP certified
Earned Value Professional (EVP) certified
Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certified Qualifications and Skills Required knowledge and years of experience 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling or a related field
Experience with Microsoft Project Online
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with KIDASA Milestones Professional
Proficient with Detlek Acumen
Preferred Qualifications Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field Clearance Requirement Secret
