Bio Turing is an innovative bioinformatics company that develops algorithms, and agentic AI software to serve scientists from hundreds of pharmaceutical companies and leading research institutions, enabling discoveries about human diseases.

As a Bio Turing Ambassador, you will strategically shape our employer brand within your Master’s/PhD community across fields like Neuroscience, Genetics, Immunology and related fields. Your primary focus is attracting top graduate talent and showcasing our scientific innovation. Your responsibilities include:

• Promote Bio Turing’s brand and opportunities through written content on Linked In/science forums, and recommend suitable hiring contacts.
• Represent Bio Turing at campus events, career fairs, and departmental seminars, specifically targeting graduate programs in fields like genetics, neuroscience, immunology and related fields.
• Organize and support focused recruitment events (e.g., online/offline workshops, career panels) for Master’s/PhD students to showcase Bio Turing’s tools and career value.
• Actively amplify Bio Turing’s reputation by engaging with our digital content and gathering detailed peer feedback to refine our outreach strategy.

• Master’s or PhD student/graduate focusing in Neuroscience, Genetics, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or Human Biology.
• Vietnamese and international applicants of all ages are welcome.
• Possesses an active network within their graduate department and research community.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional presentations and digital content creation.
• Proven ability to strategically use platforms like Linked In to promote professional opportunities.

• Commission of USD 250 per hire who is successfully onboarded and completes their probation period.
