• Designing HVAC systems that are clean, efficient, code-smart, and buildable
• Leading mechanical design on commercial, multifamily, institutional, and specialty projects
• Owning projects from concept through construction support
• Coordinating with architects, owners, and other engineers like a pro
• Mentoring younger engineers (without babysitting)
• Bringing ideas to the table—and seeing them actually get built

• 5–25+ years of mechanical HVAC design experience
• Strong knowledge of California codes, energy standards, and real-world construction
• Experience with commercial and/or multifamily projects
• Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD (and the judgment to know when perfection isn’t necessary)
• PE license preferred (or on track)
• Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to explain why—not just what
