Top-tier power and infrastructure firm seeking a senior engineering leader to manage Extra High Voltage (345 kV and higher) overhead transmission line projects and collaborate with major utilities and internal multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Lead execution of large EHV overhead transmission line projects
- Serve as senior technical authority and engineer‑of‑record
- Manage teams, budgets, schedules, and design quality
- Support client relationships, change management, and strategic pursuits
- 11+ years in overhead transmission line engineering
- Direct experience with 345 kV+ transmission lines
- Strong PLS‑CADD expertise
- EPC or utility‑facing project leadership experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
- Bachelors degree in engineering required
- $180,000–$200,000 base salary
- Annual bonus + full benefits + ESOP
- Hybrid / flexible work environment
- Interview travel reimbursed
- Relocation support considered for ideal candidate
- Open to candidates based in OR, CA, TX, KS, CO, MN, MI, NC, FL (Hybrid model available)
