Salary: $70,000–$110,000 per year (base) with performance bonuses and a comprehensive U.S. benefits package.

Develop and design HVAC and mechanical systems for a variety of projects, including building surveys, design calculations, detailed drawings, and code compliance research. Coordinate with other disciplines and provide construction administration services.

• Develop HVAC system designs based on scope and client RFPs.
• Provide engineering design, evaluation, and planning for mechanical systems across multiple markets.
• Conduct existing building surveys and document current HVAC systems.
• Perform system design calculations and equipment selection.
• Prepare detailed design documents, reports, and studies.
• Research and ensure code compliance.
• Coordinate work with other disciplines.
• Provide construction administration services.

• Proficiency with engineering tools:
  Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for new projects and challenges.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Registration as EIT or PE preferred.

San Diego, CA – On site preferred; hybrid for the right candidate.
