Role Definition

Performs planning, scheduling, and tracking of manufacturing resources to support growing business demands. This role requires up to 50% travel
to supplier sites to expedite materials, assess root causes of delivery delays, and drive improvements in supplier performance. The individual will be expected to provide regular report-outs on supplier status and corrective actions.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and solving business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.
  • Liaising with operational management teams on matters related to resource planning.
  • Producing effective resource scheduling to maximize performance and meet KPIs.
  • Coordinating activities of the manufacturing team to achieve desired outcomes using effective collaboration and communication skills.
  • Traveling to supplier locations (
    up to 50%) to expedite critical materials, assess production readiness, and ensure timely delivery of components.
  • Providing structured, data-driven report-outs on supplier performance, delivery risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Partnering with suppliers to implement corrective actions and drive sustainable improvements in delivery performance.
