** What You Have:**
* ** Educational Background:
** A BS degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
* ** Effective Communication:
** Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing; and bring assigned tasks to clear and concise closure.
* ** Managing Multiple Priorities:
** Willingness to multitask and handle complicated and challenging projects efficiently.
* ** Technical Excellence:
** Experience interpreting Engineering drawings, researching Bills of Materials, designing modules and installation kits including brackets, piping, hoses etc. using Creo Parametric. Experience using Windchill, Baan 5C. Familiarity with Solar Packages & Hydro-Mechanical Systems.
** Top Candidates Will Have:**
* ** Technical Excellence:
** Prior experience executing Sales Orders, Standard Product development, Manufacturing or Field experience. Six Sigma Green Belt with process improvement experience.
*** Experience with the following software tools is highly desirable:
