As a Hardware Integration and Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and validating advanced semiconductor equipment. Your work ensures that ASML’s cutting‑edge systems meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Role and Responsibilities

As a Hardware Integration and Test Engineer, you will support the integration and testing of complex hardware systems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges and improve system performance.

  • Integrate system modules and components into EUV platforms and support global deployments.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across mechanical, electrical, and optical domains.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet performance, serviceability, and cost targets.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system performance and reliability.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on safety, quality, and process controls.
  • Lead issue resolution for factory and field escalations.
  • Translate field data into design improvements and support continuous product enhancement.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3 years with a master’s degree.
  • Hands‑on experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, optical, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with system integration practices and performance validation.
