Latitude 33 Planning and Engineering is an established land planning and civil engineering firm, providing comprehensive services that range from conceptual land planning to detailed engineering, grading and infrastructure design, as well as construction support to both the private and public sectors of the land development market.
We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to design and review plans and specifications for projects.
Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited University
, as well as a minimum of 4-7 years of land development experience
, including experience managing project schedules and budgets, some supervision of civil designers, with interaction with clients and agencies.
Civil Engineering Professional Registration required.
Ideal candidate’s project and technical experience should include preliminary engineering design studies; preparation, processing and production of tentative and final subdivision maps; preparation, processing and production of public improvement plans and development plans; earthwork and drainage calculations and reports; mapping.
Preferred skill set includes experience with site plan engineering for commercial, office and healthcare projects.
