* Qualifications:

* - Minimum of 10 years' experience in structural drafting with proficiency in Revit, covering concrete, masonry, steel, and wood structures.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong comprehension of construction documents and ability to oversee projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
- Experience in setting up new projects, leading them into the construction document phase, and possessing structural detailing expertise, particularly in concrete.
- Ability to train and mentor other BIM personnel and effectively lead or participate in BIM Kickoff meetings.
- Advanced skills in creating and updating 3D structural models using Revit; translating information into 2D structural details.
- Thorough understanding of structural engineering practices, project delivery processes, and modern construction techniques.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure deadlines with professionalism.
- Additional skills in Revit API scripting, Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper are advantageous.
