Role SummaryThe Lead Scheduler will support the Southern California Project Controls team by planning, executing, and delivering complex transportation and industrial projects. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, and leadership.
Responsibilities- Assist the Project Manager with planning and monitoring all aspects of major transportation or industrial projects.
- Prepare base schedules, schedule reviews, monthly schedule update analysis, time impact analysis, and investigation of schedule impacts.
- Monitor and document construction progress.
- Identify, track, and assist in resolution of construction issues and conflicts.
- Act as liaison between the client, contractors, or designers concerning construction issues and plan revisions.
- Monitor, review, and report to the Project Manager and/or clients on the status of schedules with regard to construction contract schedule compliance.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Ability to interpret construction schedules.
- Experience supporting infrastructure/ transportation (roadway, bridge, transit) construction projects.
- Cost control background.
- Certifications (one or more): CST, CCT, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, PMP, CCM, EIT, PE.
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 10 years Construction Scheduling.
- Proficiency in using Primavera, and/or other scheduling software.
- Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
- Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.

Compensation range depends on skills, experience, education, and location: {Irvine, Long Beach, and Los Angeles}: $115,357–$189,514;
{San Diego}: $110,341–$181,275.
