About the RoleWe’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Engineer I/II to join our Engineering Department – Design Services Group. This role supports the design and delivery of critical regional water infrastructure projects within our Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
What You’ll Do- Plan, design, and support construction of pipelines, concrete and masonry structures, grading, and drainage projects.
- Prepare engineering specifications, cost estimates, and reports.
- Conduct hydraulic modeling, stress analysis, and system evaluations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and member agencies.
- Provide field engineering support to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
- Engineer I: Bachelor’s in civil engineering or related field.
- Engineer II: Bachelor’s + 3 years’ civil engineering experience (incl. 1 year in public water/utility design & construction) + E.I.T. certificate.
