Applicants must provide official transcripts and/or foreign degree evaluations. Initial salary placement will be at the first class/step until transcripts are received.

• Provide instruction in accordance with established curriculum and course outlines.
• Teach all scheduled lectures and laboratory classes.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and assessments.
• Make students available outside of class for academic support.
• Maintain current knowledge in the subject matter areas.
• Adhere to professional conduct and ethics standards.
• Create an environment that emphasizes teaching, learning, and free discussion of ideas.

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution AND two (2) years of professional experience directly related to the area of assignment.
• Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution AND six (6) years of professional experience directly related to the area of assignment.
• Demonstrated cultural competency, sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students and staff.

• Equivalency credentials; foreign degree applicants must submit professional evaluation by a NACES or ACEI member.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion of all students and staff.

Applicants will be added to the adjunct faculty pool. The pool is reviewed annually; candidates not selected will receive an automated notice to re-apply.
