Clinical Supervisor

Club Xcite is committed to delivering high-quality behavioral health services in educational environments. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our team of Instructional Aides, Behavior Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across school sites.

The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of behavioral support staff within a school district. This role involves direct supervision, training, and coordination of staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans and support strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in behavioral intervention implementation, and experience working in educational settings. You would oversee a team of RBTs who support students across multiple school sites in North County San Diego.

Caseloads are structured based on current needs and the intensity of placements, with the goal of ensuring the ability to meet BACB supervision requirements.

• Supervise and support providers in the implementation of behavior modification plans.
• Coordinate daily schedules and assignments across school sites.
• Conduct regular observations and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, school administrators, and special education teams to ensure fidelity of behavior plans.
• Assist in onboarding and training new behavioral support staff.
• Monitor data collection and ensure accurate documentation of student progress.
• Facilitate team meetings, monthly supervision hours and participate in IEP or behavior planning meetings as needed.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
• These are school-based positions focused on staff training and support, not direct service delivery.
• We do not provide clinical reports, assessments, clinical programming or BIP creation; primary focus is supporting RBTs in implementing district-provided Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
• The schedule is aligned with school hours - minimal after school hours required.
• These roles are based across North County San Diego, supporting multiple school sites.

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst required; supervisory experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in special education settings.
• Experience supervising or mentoring behavioral support staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple school sites and staff members.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the area.
